The Electrical Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of all electrical systems within the building and assigned properties. The role ensures electrical safety, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and minimal downtime of power-related infrastructure. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems 

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repair works 

• Attend to power failures and ensure safe restoration of supply 

• Any ad-hoc jobs assigned by the superiors 
  

Job Requirements 

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related field 

• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience. 

• Able to read electrical drawings and diagrams. 

• Familiar with building electrical systems and safety procedures. 

• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.
