We are seeking a motivated Technician to join our manufacturing team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. The candidate will support raw material preparation and compounding processes, assist with molding and testing, uphold 5S standards, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Raw Material Preparation (Batching) and Compounding (Kneading) for epoxy molding compounds or thermoset resins.
• Support material characterization activities, including assisting with molding and testing processes.
• Assist in setting up and operating molding equipment as required.
• Carry out 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Key Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, standing for extended periods) and work in a dust/chemical environment.
• No allergy to dust or chemical environment; able to wear PPE as required.
• Able to communicate in basic English (spoken and written)

Skills and Competencies

• Prior experience in epoxy molding compound or thermoset resin compounding is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Safety-conscious with a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Education: N / O Levels OR NITEC (National Institute of Technical Education) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
