Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Trainer with strong CCTV/security professional who excels at delivering engaging training and creating high quality eLearning content using tools like Articulate 360.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Hands-on experience in CCTV, security surveillance systems, or related technologies;
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a technical education / enablement role;
- Strong eLearning content development experience using Articulate 360 / Storyline;
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training across:- In-person classroom; Virtual instructor led training (VILT); Self paced / on demand learning;
- Solid IT fundamentals, including:- Basic networking concepts; Microsoft Windows environments;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of technical and nontechnical audiences;
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) (content upload, tracking, reporting);
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts using real world examples and hands on demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high quality technical training content for internal teams and external customers;
- Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 / Storyline, aligned with adult learning best practices;
- Develop supporting materials including presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, exercises, and quick reference guides;
- Deliver technical training sessions confidently across multiple formats: In-person classroom; Virtual instructor led training (VILT);Webinars and self paced learning;
- Translate complex CCTV and surveillance concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences;
- Provide hands on demonstrations, real world scenarios, and guided practice to reinforce learning;
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to ensure training accuracy and alignment with product roadmaps;
- Continuously review and update training content based on product updates, customer feedback, and business needs;
- Support LMS administration, including content uploads, user management, completion tracking, and reporting;
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data;
- Drive continuous improvement in training quality, engagement, and delivery standards;
- Support regional and global training initiatives, including travel as required.
