Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent support before and after sales
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue through renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of services
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service
• Candidates with technical or engineering background will have an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Basic technical understanding (ability to read diagrams/schematics and troubleshoot is a plus)
