- To conduct technical presentations and product demos to customers
- To provide customer consultation, support and follow-up on customer's queries, etc
- To develop sales strategy and execution
- To manage technical aspects of Request for Proposals (RFP) and create customized and detailed proposals to customers
- Have deep knowledge of products and relay customer requirements to Research and Development Division, Production Division, Quality Control, Warehouse, etc
