Key Responsibilities:

• Taking measurements and drafting tender documentation.
• Preparing and analysing the tender returns.
• Prepare cost estimates based on technical specifications and prepares.
• Compiling costing details for further analysis.
• Complete cost management and contract administration for project, including claims and final settlement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Engineering graduate with 6 – 8 years of strong and relevant experience.
• QS qualified with BCA credentials such as Specialist Diploma in Building Cost Management will be an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and meticulous, strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep and demonstrable knowledge industry, construction materials, procurement methods and regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders - spoken and written reports.
• Stationed in the office and able to visit work sites frequently.
