• Support the Technical Director in overseeing the Company’s In-House Technicians and Service Partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product quality and service issues by offering technical advice and/or performing service-related tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly reports regarding customer feedback on the Company’s products.
• Collaborate with partners or suppliers to identify and resolve product quality concerns.
• Liaise with Statutory Authorities on matters related to standards, policies, and product compliance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance departmental productivity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Director.
