We are seeking a Process Specialist / Manager with expertise in environmental engineering, particularly in the fields of water and wastewater treatment, waste management, and renewable technologies.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving technological innovation, advancing process engineering solutions, and solving complex engineering challenges.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and champion R&D initiatives to develop innovative products and services.
• Collaborate with the business development team to prepare technical proposals and deliver cost-effective solutions to clients.
• Provide technical expertise and support during project development and plant operation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology advancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in environmental or process engineering roles.
• Industrial experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Water and wastewater treatment, Solid waste or hazardous waste treatment, Sludge management, Renewable energy or resource recovery technologies.
• Strong capabilities in communication, engineering design, and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to engage effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Posting to project site work and overseas travelling may be required.
