The Technical Integration Analyst is responsible for ensuring reliable and scalable system integration across internal platforms, enterprise systems, and external partners. This role makes certain that data exchange between systems is well-defined, traceable, and follows enterprise integration standards. The Integration Analyst is key in analyzing integration requirements, defining data mapping logic, and supporting the design and operation of integration workflows throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Support

·Work with business teams and system owners to understand integration requirements and data exchange scenarios.

·Analyze data structures between different systems and define data mapping rules.

·Support troubleshooting and issue analysis related to system integrations.

·Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve integration issues.

·Assist in documenting integration workflows and data exchange specifications.

2. Integration Development

·Define field mapping and transformation logic between systems.

·Support the design of integration workflows using enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).

·Collaborate with developers to implement and validate integration logic.

·Ensure integration solutions follow enterprise architecture and data standards.

·Contribute to reusable integration design patterns.

3. Integration Operations

·Monitor integration workflows and ensure data exchanges run reliably.

·Analyze integration failures and coordinate corrective actions.

·Maintain documentation for integration flows and data mappings.

·Support continuous improvement of integration processes and operational efficiency.

·Ensure integrations comply with governance and security policies.

Required Skills / Technical Competencies:

·Strong understanding of system integration concepts and enterprise integration patterns

·Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

·Experience with RESTful API integration and data exchange mechanisms

·Experience working with Azure integration services or any cloud-based platform (e.g., Logic Apps, Function Apps)

·Familiarity with JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts

·Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

·Basic knowledge of C# or similar programming languages

·Basic concept with Git-based version control systems (GitHub / Azure DevOps)

·Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
