Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Dedicated to RI Boarding facilities
- Manage CFIMS/BMS operations for boarding blocks
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and fire systems via CFIMS/BMS
- Respond to alarms and coordinate corrective actions
- Prepare boarding-specific maintenance reports and compliance documentation
- General technical and computer competency Support boarding-specific maintenance and operations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management or equivalent Engineering with 5 years’ experience in FM/ Estate Maintenance/M&E/ ACMV/ CMMS/ BMS or equivalent
