Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System Modernization Prestudy program within our Core Banking transformation initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts (BA) and Solution Architects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side
- Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems
- Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals
- Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution
- Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platform
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains
- Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs
- Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles
- Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CDD
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models
- Experience working with FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the solution design and vendor management.
- Excellent understanding of the Agile development methodologies.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination.
Experience: 11 to 25 years.
Contract: Term: 6-month contract to start, with opportunity for extension based on performance.
