Sales & Marketing Executive (Face-to-Face & Direct Sales)

The Role
You’ll be working in face-to-face and direct sales, representing brands directly to customers. This is a hands-on position where results, attitude, and leadership potential matter more than titles or years of experience.
You’ll be back on the front line, learning proven sales and communication systems, with a clear route into management and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging customers through direct, face-to-face sales environments
Representing brands with professionalism and confidence
Building rapport and trust, not transactional selling
Learning structured sales systems and performance tracking
Working closely with leadership and being coached daily
Developing the skills needed to train and lead others
