We are seeking an experienced and responsible TCM Spa Manager to join our friendly team.

Job Description

• Manage day to day operations of the Wellness Spa
• Responsible to take charge of team of spa therapists
• Recommend massage packages and services according to the needs of customers
• Ensure the standards of the Spa is upkept to the highest
• Responsible for customer service and sales and marketing for the Spa

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a massage therapist.
• Proficiency in Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Javanese/Balinese Massage, Meridian Tuina, Hot Oil Massage, and Bojin. Foot massage skills are an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, including working extended hours or undertaking additional duties as required.
• Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
