Talent Acquisition Manager (Technology)

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
Implement full-cycle recruitment processes based on hiring needs.
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and evaluation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Summarize and optimize interview procedures and results for continuous improvement. - Channel Development & Optimization
Identify, evaluate, and manage multiple recruitment channels and platforms.
Develop strategic partnerships with universities, talent networks, and industry communities.
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Talent Mapping & Market Insights
Monitor and analyze talent trends in the robotics and high-tech industries.
Prepare talent and job analysis reports to support strategic workforce planning.
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to ensure timely talent supply. - Data-Driven Recruitment
Manage and analyze recruitment data and metrics.
Identify bottlenecks and pain points in the recruitment process and propose actionable solutions. - Strategic Partnering
Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational culture and team needs.
Provide professional advice on hiring strategies and organizational fit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of recruitment experience in the robotics, AI, or high-tech industry.
- Proven experience hiring technical and engineering roles, particularly in R&D, robotics, or automation.
- Strong ability to diagnose hiring needs from a cultural and organizational perspective, and to formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient under pressure, with strong learning agility.
