Basic + High Commission 
Potential annual income with commission $50,000-$80,000
5 days, 9am-5pm
3 mins walk from MRT station

Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly sales targets and support overall revenue objectives.

• Manage the full cycle of search and recruitment for both executive and non-executive roles.

• Drive intensive hunting for new accounts while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Lead the job offer process, including negotiation of remuneration and benefits with clients and candidates.

• Provide advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and employment trends.

• Work closely with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared team goals and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

• No experience required, training will be provided

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
