• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by offering consultative guidance on talent acquisition challenges, supporting them in making informed hiring decisions.
• Utilise data-driven insights to monitor recruitment performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report progress against key goals.
• Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork by sharing knowledge generously with colleagues across different locations.

What you bring:

To excel as a Recruiter in this influential team, your background should demonstrate hands-on experience managing complex recruitment assignments within large-scale or multinational settings.

• Minimum four years’ proven experience managing full-cycle corporate recruitment within multinational environments or similarly complex organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; equivalent combinations of education, training or experience are also welcomed.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing techniques—especially engaging passive candidates—and building diverse talent pipelines across various geographies.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities that enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while influencing positive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—that allow you to convey information clearly and empathetically when interacting with candidates or internal partners.
• Experience using data analytics tools or applicant tracking systems to inform decision-making processes and measure recruitment effectiveness.
• A consultative approach combined with curiosity about emerging trends in talent acquisition ensures you remain adaptable in an ever-evolving landscape.
• Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences by being responsive, considerate, and attentive throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while contributing positively towards shared goals.
• Previous exposure to employer branding or campus recruiting initiatives would be advantageous but is not required.
