We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our IT team. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a strong technical background who can analyze, design, and implement IT solutions to support our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications and systems, focusing on resolution of issues and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements from stakeholders into detailed technical specifications and functional deliverables.
• Manage change requests by evaluating impact, developing solutions, coordinating testing, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Support and participate in project implementation and deployment activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Utilize and maintain SQL/Oracle databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries and scripts for data analysis and application functionality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business users to ensure effective and reliable system functionality.
• Troubleshoot system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
• Solid technical skills in supporting and administering enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle database management and query optimization.
• Experience with project implementation, change management, and software development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of MS Windows environments and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
