• Assist traders with daily operations, including documentation handling, order arrangement, logistics coordination and contract follow-up;
• Conduct annual sustainability audits, certification support and carbon emission verification;
• Work with internal teams to improve sustainability performance across supply chains;
• Coordinate with other departments and support ad-hoc tasks as required;
• Participate in technical exchanges to enhance sustainability knowledge, including greenhouse gas calculation.
  

Keys to success in this role:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other relevant disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in document operation or sustainability management.
• Knowledge of biofuels or feedstock legislation and regulations is preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team; proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong in documentation handling and operational support for trading activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills; strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
