1. Supplier Sourcing and Support

• Assist in market research and supplier sourcing for ongoing construction projects, including building materials, equipment, and related supplies.

• Support the identification and evaluation of suppliers to meet project requirements.

2. Procurement Coordination

• Assist in procurement activities such as requests for quotation (RFQ), price comparison, and basic negotiation support.

• Follow up on procurement processes to support timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and requirements.

3. Supply Chain Operations Support

• Support the implementation of procurement processes and guidelines at the project level.

• Coordinate with internal teams to assist with procurement approvals, documentation, and delivery arrangements.

4. Supplier Monitoring

• Support supplier performance tracking and ensure basic compliance with quality and safety requirements.

• Assist in resolving routine coordination issues between project teams and suppliers.

Requirements

1. Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Work Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement under construction sector, supply chain, or related function

3. Skills and Competencies

• Basic understanding of procurement processes such as RFQ and price comparison.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage but not required.

5. Language Requirement

Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders as part of business operations.
