Job Summary

Lead planning and execution for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply optimization across Cragar Industries’ supply chain to improve inventory turns, service levels, and operational cost-efficiency through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Lead demand forecasting and apply statistical analysis to align production and inventory plans
• Manage cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain responsiveness and reduce operational costs
• Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory turns, fill rates, and holding costs to identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Implement and continuously improve inventory management best practices and tools to drive efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics
• Proven ability to improve inventory accuracy, turns, and service levels
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems such as D365BC preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively using data-driven decision-making
