Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM)
· Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in material quotations through various supporting groups and perform pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness
· Present costed bill of materials to customers, and liaise with customer on material pricing related issues
· Provide periodic re-pricing on existing products
· Activate price validation and system setup upon project award
· Develop and lead implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans, including AOS, alternative proposal, risk buy etc.
· Co-ordinate sourcing strategies with various supporting groups and customers for cost reduction opportunities
· Identify opportunity to increase turnkey business through localization and influence customer to use Flextronics Preferred Suppliers
· Provide budgetary pricing for NPI / Proto build
· Track materials financial performance (purchase price variance), and initiate corrective action plans
· Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
· Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of supply chain management experience or similar field, including broad based management and supervision.

Candidate with relevant experiences will be considered for Senior position.
