Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our food manufacturing facility. The candidate will ensure smooth production workflow, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, supervise workers, and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
• Monitor production schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion of orders
• Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards to maintain regulatory and company requirements
• Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Lead, train, and supervise production workers to enhance team performance and adherence to procedures
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to reduce production downtime
• Maintain accurate production records, stock usage logs, and reporting documents for operational transparency
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and management teams to align production activities with organizational goals
