Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality skin care services tailored to individual client needs
• Evaluate customers’ skin conditions to advise on appropriate skin care treatments and products
• Recommend suitable services and products to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide follow-up services and assist staff with client consultations to ensure consistent service delivery
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and service excellence
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain positive client relationships
• Manage customer enquiries and schedule appointments efficiently
• Provide diverse manicure and pedicure services to meet client preferences

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing manicure and pedicure services
