Responsibilities:

• In charge in rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
• Responsible for verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
• Responsible for assist in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
• Responsible for the Data entry into ERP system.
• Taking charge of assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
• Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/device to move, convey, or hoist materials or products
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area

Requirements:

• Min O level and above
• Min 3 years of working experience as Logistic Assistant
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift Licen
