· Supervise a team of cleaning crew in carrying out day to day cleaning activities at the client's premises

· Maintain records of all equipment and inventory in the cleaning store

· Monitoring all cleaning activities

· Actively following up on the periodic schedules and requests of the clients

· Assigning of duties or any ad-hoc cleaning task to the crew

· Clear communication between client and management team

· Checking on staff's grooming
