Job Description

Oversee the daily management of car wash technicians, new hires, and apprentices.

Create staff schedules and allocate manpower effectively; flexibly adjust work assignments based on peak traffic, holidays, and weather conditions.

Strictly enforce standardized procedures for all services, including standard washes, premium washes, waxing, interior cleaning, and paintwork maintenance.

Gather customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions; promptly resolve disputes and address service dissatisfaction; rectify service gaps; and focus on customer retention to boost repeat business and word-of-mouth reputation.

Coordinate daily store operations and manage the entire workflow—from vehicle intake and servicing to handover. Efficiently schedule the service sequence to prevent congestion, queue chaos, missed orders, or errors, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

Manage car wash consumables (detergents, wax solutions, towels, brushes, cleaning agents, etc.). Track usage, promote economical consumption to eliminate waste, conduct regular inventory checks, and promptly report restocking needs to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Report daily/regularly to the store manager on operational status, issues, corrective actions, and future plans; proactively identify operational gaps and propose optimization strategies.

Requirements

Proficient in the use, maintenance, and standard operating procedures of various car wash equipment and consumables; capable of troubleshooting minor equipment faults; knowledgeable about specific cleaning requirements and precautions for different vehicle models.

Cost-conscious; able to effectively manage consumables and minimize operational expenses.

Service- and sales-oriented.

Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills.

Willing to work retail hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
