Job Summary

The M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor leads the installation, maintenance, and repair of building service systems, ensuring operational reliability and safety in demanding environments such as data centers and large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the installation of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems to meet project specifications and safety standards
• Supervise maintenance activities to ensure continuous and efficient operation of building service systems
• Manage repair tasks promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity
• Oversee shift rotations, including day and night shifts, to provide 24/7 coverage in critical environments
• Adapt work schedules and extend hours as necessary to meet project deadlines and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Monitor and report on system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
