Job Description

• Masking, grit blasting, and chemically cleaning parts to prepare for coating or heat treatment.
• Operating vacuum furnaces for processes like hardening, tempering, annealing, and brazing.
• Setting up and performing plasma spray coating, judging spray flow and speed for precision.
• Measuring coating thickness, maintaining logs, ensuring work meets specifications and quality requirements.
• Using stackers and other machinery to move materials and parts.
• Completing paperwork, system transactions, and adhering to safety & quality protocols.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent
• Min 2 year of experience in laboratory in Aerospace Industry
