About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Student Care Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our student care centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for primary school children aged 7 to 12, while ensuring the smooth running of centre activities, staff performance, and parent communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing, scheduling, and programme delivery
• Supervise and support teachers in planning and conducting enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes
• Manage student discipline and well-being, and handle parent communications professionally and promptly
• Coordinate learning journeys, holiday programmes, and centre events
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of centre staff
• Monitor and report on student enrolment, staff performance, expenses, and centre operations
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of supervisory or senior teaching experience, preferably in a student care, enrichment, or tutoring environment
• Enjoy working with children aged 7 to 12 years old and passionate about their holistic development
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative work
