Job Description

Role Purpose
The Admissions Manager oversees the full admissions and enrolment lifecycle, including application processing, Student Pass administration, enrolment documentation, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures efficient operations and a smooth onboarding experience for students while meeting institutional and regulatory standards (EduTrust, SSG, ICA).

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrolment

  • Manage end-to-end admissions from application to registration and onboarding

  • Review applications, ensure eligibility and document completeness

  • Issue Letters of Offer, contracts, and admissions documents

  • Monitor admissions pipeline and ensure timely processing

  • Liaise with prospective students and support enrolment conversion

  • Maintain accurate records in Student Management Systems

Student Pass Administration

  • Oversee Student Pass applications via ICA SOLAR system

  • Ensure compliance for issuance, renewals, and cancellations

  • Coordinate documentation, medical checks, and ICA appointments

Enrolment & Fee Coordination

  • Coordinate contract execution and fee payments with internal teams

  • Ensure fee clearance before enrolment milestones

  • Maintain payment records and support reconciliation/refunds

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Track admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrolment data

  • Prepare reports and support enrolment forecasting

  • Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion

Compliance & Records

  • Maintain complete and accurate student records

  • Ensure adherence to EduTrust, SSG, and ICA requirements

  • Support audits and compliance reviews

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise the Admissions team

  • Train and mentor staff to ensure service quality and compliance

  • Improve workflows and operational processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Singapore Private Education Institution (PEI)

  • Experience in admissions, enrolment, or student services

  • Familiar with ICA SOLAR system and Student Pass processes

  • Knowledge of EduTrust and SSG regulations

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with international student admissions preferred

  • Prior team supervision experience is an advantage
