Job Description

• Provide customer service in accordance with Bata’s service standards
• Optimize sales opportunity alongside customer satisfaction
• Offer product expertise to assist customers in their enquiries and choices
• Familiarize with promotional activities and advice customer accordingly
• Project a healthy and well-groomed image as our representative of Bata
• Maintain the POS / Cashier with utmost care and ownership
• Ensure accurate payment and return of change to customers
• Ensure the accurate receipt of goods from Warehouse and other Stores
• Ensure prices of products are accurate
• Ensure products on display are well maintained and stock-up according to standards
• Ensure documentation of products are accounted for and accurately maintained
• Deliver sales and profitability target
• Ensure delivery of 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensure consistency in customer service
• Achieve sales targets set for the store
• Achieve MSI and conversion metrics as per Company benchmark
• Coach and provide guidance to Sales Associates on Product and Customer Services

Job Requirements

• At least 3 Year(s) of related working experience in retail (Shoes/Fashion/Apparels related) is required for this position.
• Well-groomed and friendly personality
• Service oriented with a positive attitude
• Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours (shift, weekends and public holidays)
