Job Highlights

•      Within walking distance from Ubi MRT station

•      5 days work week

•      Extra days off during CNY

Job Responsibilities:

·       Updating stock records using excel or stock management system

·       Loading and unloading from containers

·       Arranging for delivery and collection of events items through logistics provider like lalamove, grab

·       Packing of event items and arranging them according to event dates and stock categories

·       Monitoring inventory level and ensure replenishment

·       Onsite support for project teams including moving of events items

·       Maintain cleanliness of the store and office area

·       Any other ad hoc duties

Who are we looking for:

•      Singaporeans and PR only

•      Able to operate forklifts and other logistics equipment

•      Minimum PSLE

•      Basic IT knowledge

•      Knowledge of apps to order for delivery or collection

•      We are moving office from Pasir Panjang to Ubi. This position will need to assist in office relocation

•      Need to work on weekends during major events
