Job Summary

You will manage warehouse goods receipt and issuance, maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety and 5S standards, and support continuous improvement to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantities and condition of incoming materials to ensure accurate goods receipt
• Perform timely and accurate system transactions for goods receipt and issuance
• Issue parts and materials to production based on approved requests or job orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and cycle counting
• Apply and sustain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all warehouse areas
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and workflow

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate in Warehouse/Logistics or related field
• Possess Forklift License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling practices
• Understanding of 5S and safety practices in warehouse environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude
