Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring continuous professional development and technical capability enhancement.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.

• Maintain complete, accurate financial records in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and current financial regulations.

• Lead and coordinate annual financial audits, tax audits, and stock takes, and support external, internal, and government audit processes.

• Oversee tax-related activities, including preparation, review, and timely submission of tax filings (e-invoice, CIT, ECT, and related obligations), ensuring proper documentation is maintained.

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure process integrity.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend enhancements, and lead automation initiatives where applicable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve financial issues and support operational improvement initiatives.

• Provide financial analysis and respond to queries from Head Office and management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and local taxation regulations is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience in process improvement and financial automation initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions effectively.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team collaborator.

• Proven leadership and time management capabilities.

• Willingness to be permanently based in Vietnam.
