Job Responsibilities

• Process the Goods receiving and outgoing in line with operating flow.
• Process the shipments and delivery according to the instruction. To do pickings and packings as request and ensure the goods to be packed correctly and shipment collection smoothly as well.
• Process and complete concerned activities and procedures in SAP when necessary.
• Weekly cycle count report and work with the team to process year-end stock-taking smoothly.
• Ensure store environment clear to meet QMS management requirements and audit purpose as well.
• Quality system maintenance, maintain the storage location clearly and monitor the Temperature and Record, departmental documentations and records filing/improving/upgrading to ensure traceability.
• Other tasks assigned and requested.

Job Requirements

• To have basic computer knowledge, store/warehouse experience at least 1 year and experience in operating equipment within the store/warehouse.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
