• Support inventory receiving activities and ensure accurate recording of stock movements (in/out) in stock cards.
• Receive goods and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system within two (2) working days upon receipt.
• Perform picking activities according to pick lists, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
• Update stock cards accurately after picking activities.
• Process and attend to goods release requests from internal requestors.
• Participate in stock cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the warehouse.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or Nitec qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a store or warehouse environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role and able to handle loads of up to 15 kg.
• Forklift loading/unloading experience is an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred.
