Job Summary

You will support daily front-of-house operations by delivering excellent customer service, handling cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general café upkeep to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide friendly and efficient service that meets quality standards
• Operate the cashier to process orders and payments accurately during service hours
• Wash dishes and clear tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Serve food and beverages to customers following café standards
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and tidying to uphold café aesthetics
• Water and care for plants to maintain a pleasant indoor and outdoor environment
• Distribute flyers to promote café offerings and events
• Climb stairs safely to access different café areas as needed
• Assist the manager with tasks related to business needs and daily operations
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices strictly according to SFA guidelines
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to support smooth café operations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, non-halal café environment
• Support 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the team
