Our established client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Staff Nurse with community experience to join their Daycare Centre located in the West.

• 5 days office hours

• West region

• Annual AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care aligned with patient needs and conditions.

• Monitor and evaluate patients’ condition to effectively implement and adjust care plans.

• Perform clinical procedures as necessary, such as NGT insertion and catheterization.

• Observe and assess patients’ health by monitoring vital signs and responses to treatments and medications.

• Ensure continuity of care by following up on patients’ care plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.

• Prior nursing experience in community setting is preferred

• Strong assessment and evaluation skills.

• Ability to perform necessary clinical procedures.

• Compassionate and patient-centred
