Responsibilities:

• Drive IC/ SOC Final test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Support Daily engineering debug activities.
• Documentation for product manufacturability.
• Using sound technical judgment to support lot-on-hold disposition.
• Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.
• Facilitate testing and shipment of both NPI and Sustaining devices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or comparable disciplines with min 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Hands-on experience in Advantest ATE Test handling/execution and data analysis
• • Software programming and scripting proficiency (C++, Python).
• • Good communication skills and working attitude
