🏋️ About the Role

We are looking for Sports & Fitness Assistant to support daily gym operations and promote a safe, welcoming workout environment. You will play an important role in guiding gym users, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

📍 Location: Islandwide

⏰ Working Details:

• Shift Duration: 7.25 hours per shift
• Shift Hours: Between 6:45 AM and 10:15 PM
• Work Location: Islandwide

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of gym equipment and report any defects promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym , including proper storage of equipment, mats, and benches
• Supervise gym users and provide guidance on the safe and correct use of fitness equipment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all users within the gym premises
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with all facility rules, SOPs, and safety guidelines

🎯 Job Requirements

• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate from an SRFAC-accredited training centre (valid throughout the contract period)
• Possess at least one approved Fitness Instructor certification
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with gym users and team members
• Willing to comply with operational and safety requirements
