Key Responsibilities

• Generate Specifications: Proactively promote and position Mapei solutions with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure inclusion in project specifications.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key specifiers, developers, major clients, and contractors.
• Technical Presentations & Support: Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations (CPDs) to industry stakeholders.
• Project Monitoring: Track project pipelines, identify new opportunities, and provide technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Technical Advice: Act as a consultant for product selection, providing tailored solutions, and assisting in solving site-related issues.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new project developments to provide feedback for strategic planning.
• Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with internal sales teams to meet growth objectives and sales targets. Mapei +8

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is generally required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and Mapei product lines (waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, etc.).
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
