Specialist Clinic Assistant at a Multi-disciplinary Skin and Sports Medicine Clinic

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary Specialist Medical Clinic located in the heart of the CBD (Tanjong Pagar / Downtown area). As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide essential frontline support to patients, assist doctors in procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide front-line patient services including registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries on treatments, medications, and clinic products.
• Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic skin procedures.
• Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, wound dressing changes, medication dispensing).
• Advise patients on suitable treatments and products (training provided).
• Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships.
• Actively promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives.
• Handle administrative duties including insurance memos, submissions, and vendor liaison.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Candidates with nursing qualifications or previous clinic assistant experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of PLATO is an advantage.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus).
4. Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with a positive, customer-first attitude.
5. A meticulous multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
6. GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
