The Employee shall serve as Manager，Project Development Department, and shall report to the Management or any person designated by the Company. The Employee’s key responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversee and manage project development activities of the Company, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential business and project opportunities, including conducting feasibility studies, market research, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, development, and implementation of projects.
• Prepare project proposals, development plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation for management review.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within approved parameters.
• Participate in negotiations, partnerships, and collaboration with business partners, consultants, and other relevant parties where required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all project development activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
