🎯 Your Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on IEP/ITP goals

• Track and report on student progress and developmental milestones

• Lead daily classroom routines, ADL/life skills training, and co-curricular activities (CCA)

• Apply positive behavioural strategies to support students’ emotional and social growth

Team Collaboration

• Guide and support Teacher Assistants, Class Wardens, and new teachers

• Work closely with parents/caregivers, therapists, and school teams

• Help plan and run school-wide events and class-based activities

Beyond the Classroom

• Attend training and workshops to grow professionally

• Contribute innovative ideas and best practices with your team

• Maintain classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean learning space

✅ What You Bring

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma (credit in English at O-Level required) in Special Education Certifications

• Experience in interacting with and/or working with individuals with moderate to severe autism in SPED school classroom settings

• At least 2 years of experience in education or working with persons with disabilities is a PLUS!

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A heart for service and a drive to go the extra mile

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (between 8am - 6pm), MOE Curriculum
