Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage and spa therapy treatments to clients, including but not limited to body massage, foot reflexology, and other wellness services.
• Assess and advise clients on suitable massage techniques according to their needs and preferences.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Maintain proper client records and recommend suitable wellness services.
• Assist in promoting spa packages, memberships, and other services when required.
• Uphold customer service excellence to ensure a positive client experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse.
• Possess relevant certifications in massage therapy or spa services.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days provided accordingly).
