· 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft consulting, with a strong emphasis on solution design & functional implementation

· Must have experience in leading multiple full lifecycle Microsoft implementations across various clouds.

· Mastery of Microsoft configuration tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse

· Strong understanding of Microsoft data model, relationships, and data migration strategies.

· Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and gap analysis.

· Must have experience in Dynamics CRM

· Must have experience in credit or loan origination
