Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop corresponding software test plans based on product roadmap.
2. Analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the product, deliver chip and software testability requirements, and ensure their implementation
3. Design test strategies for Smart Cockpit software stacks based on Android or Linux operating systems.
4. Complete product performance and user experience test analysis, continuously optimizing product energy efficiency competitiveness.
5. Conduct quality assessments during product delivery to ensure testing acceptance quality meets standards at different delivery stages.
6. Identify issues and risk points in products, development, and testing processes. Propose solutions and preventive measures, continuously improve testing efficiency, and ensure ongoing product quality enhancement.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of testing experience. Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Software, Communications, or related fields.
2. Familiar with testing for low-level software (BootLoader, UFS/DDR, high-speed/low-speed buses, functional safety, etc.) or Multimedia software (Camera, GPU, Display, Audio, Video, etc.).
3. Familiar with software stack testing for intelligent cockpit systems, Experience testing related chip IPs is a preferred.
4. Familiar with Android/Linux/QNX operating systems and user scenarios is a preferred.
5. Experience with functional safety-related testing is a preferred.
6. Experience with virtualization-related testing is a preferred.
7. Possess broad technical vision and strong technical foresight. Demonstrate strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and be capable of leading team technical advancement.
8. Fluent Chinese communication skills enabling close collaboration with China-based teams
