• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright) for SaaS-based applications, creating and executing automated test scripts while ensuring compatibility with platform updates
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including end-to-end testing of integrations, validation across different Salesforce environments, and ensuring compliance with government security standards
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks, analyse metrics, and provide optimization recommendations while monitoring application behaviour under various load conditions
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and implement continuous testing practices, contributing to infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions and collaborating with development teams
• Plan and execute security testing activities including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance verification, supplementing automated testing with manual tests as needed
• Analyse test results, provide detailed defect reports, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional and security requirements
