Job Description

We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud and/or Public Sector solutions.
You will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.
You will work within an agile development team at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to modernise and develop CaseCentral, a case management platform.
Your responsibilities include:
•Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
•Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
•Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems and Whole-of-Government components/services
•Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation
Qualifications and Experience Required:
•Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
•Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
•Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:
1. Apex development
2. Visualforce page development
3. Lightning components development
4. Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations
5. Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)
Configuration Experience, including:
1. Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
2. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page
layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
3. Experience in report and dashboard configuration
4. Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus
Required Personal Qualities:
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills with capacity to provide optimal solutions
• Effective communication with customers/business stakeholders and provide
consultation on Salesforce solutions
• Ability to provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
