Role: Software Development Lead – AI Fintech

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading AI Fintech who is looking for hands-on Software Development Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge GenAI-powered fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and scale a next-generation AI-powered fintech platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Work on AI/ML model integration, automation, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Proven experience in building software platforms and AI-driven applications.
• Strong background in large-scale software development, ideally from AI-driven startups, hi-tech firms, platform-based software companies, or fintech/financial services firms.
• Proficiency in Java or C, and familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and modern development frameworks.
• Tech lead experience in fast-paced tech environments.
